Because we ask you for personal data, it is important to us to let you know what happens to that information. Beter Bed respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data remain confidential.
Use of your data
We are responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide to us. If you register for our news service, the personal data concerned are your initials, surname and e-mail address and, if you have used a contact form on one of our websites to submit a question or comment, your telephone number as well, if you have provided it (optional). The data processing controller is BBH B.V., established at Linie 27 in (5405 AR) Uden, The Netherlands.
All data that you provide to us are stored by us and used for the following purposes only:
- If you have registered for our news service: to send you our press releases by e-mail and to inform you about events organised by us in which you can participate.
- If you have used a contact form on one of our websites to submit a question or comment: to contact you in connection with your question or comment.
We treat your data confidentially and will only provide them to contractors we may have engaged for the purposes referred to above. Naturally, your data are also treated confidentially by our contractors and not disclosed to third parties.
Your data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes stated above.
