A presentation is provided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that covers a number of key matters. It provides a more detailed explanation of performance over the past year, the first quarter results, the dividend policy, the dividend proposal, the Supervisory Board retirement by rotation schedule and the Corporate Governance Code.
