Ton Anbeek earned a degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a degree in Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University. He began his career in 1987 at Unilever where he held a range of positions in marketing and sales within various operating companies in the Netherlands until 2001. In 2001 he was appointed to the position of Global Marketing Director for all Unilever fabric softener brands and whilst fulfilling this role he lived and worked in London. He was appointed in 2004 to the position of Managing Director of Unilever Maghreb S.A. (Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Mauritania) and lived and worked in Casablanca during this period. He joined Koninklijke Auping BV in Deventer, the Netherlands as Managing Director in early 2007. Ton Anbeek joined Beter Bed Holding N.V. on 1 January 2010 and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer effective 1 March 2010.

Curriculum Vitae of D. van Hoeve QC (1970)
Duncan van Hoeve completed a degree in Business Economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Breda, the Netherlands in the first half of the 1990s. He subsequently went on to complete a post-graduate HOFAM controller degree and since then he has been registered as a Qualified Controller (QC). He began his career in 1995 as an accountant at Fijnmechanische Industrie Adema & Touw B.V., a mechanical and electromechanical products supplier. In 1998, he took up a position as controller at Beter Baby B.V., the former subsidiary of Beter Bed Holding N.V. This subsidiary was a retail company that specialised in the sale of baby furniture and baby products. Following the management buy-out of this company, he joined Beter Bed Holding N.V. in 2000 and was appointed to the position of Group Controller in 2001. Duncan van Hoeve has held the position of Finance Director at Beter Bed Holding N.V. since 1 September 2009.
